Multiple leaks with several areas of concern in Knoxville, TN.
The homeowner has discovered leaks in different areas. We inspected the roof and suggested repairing all of these roof leaks.
There were leaks around the chimney. Roof Leaks are coming in from the chimney cap—roof Leaks from a wall that didn’t flash correctly. The last leak came from an old cupola, and we removed the dome and added shingles over the area.
