All of the shingles were torn off, and all rotten wood was replaced. The wood at the valley was the worst and definitely needed to be replaced. The rest of the wood was in good condition.

New charcoal GAF shingles were installed on this roof. All pipe boots were replaced. The ridge vent and shingles were all replaced and sealed. The customer should no longer have any leaks or issues.

The whole house had new gutter guards installed. The guards are black powder-coated.
