The rotten wood was cut out of this section and had metal added behind it. The metal was added because this section is exposed, and this will prevent any leaks.

These sections of the windows had rotten wood and were replaced. Each section was about a foot long. Once the wood was replaced it was clear coated to prevent leaks.

Metal was added to the entire length of the bottoms of the windows. This will divert any water down to the membrane and away from the windows. The tops of the metal were sealed and then clear coated to prevent any leaks
