Leaking Three Tab Shingle Roof. Upon inspection of this roof, I found an older three-tab shingle that has some issues and brittle stiff matting. This roof is repairable but recommending to replace the entire roof. The shingles are old and brittle and were a budget single when it was installed and is at the end of its life span.
