So these customers had some issues with the existing soffits. It’s time for paint for the soffit and facia, and they decided to use vinyl siding instead of soffit plywood material. Replacing the gutters and adding new gutter guards are also part of this project.

These roof repairs include replacing the deck boards at the edge of the roof adding new drip edge and adding shingles back at all eaves of the roof. We also did repairs to commercial roofing including adding drip edge and covering the drip edge with roofing cement.

This gable has an edge trim but not a drip edge. There doesn’t appear to be any issues with the gable edges of the roof. But there is rot at the eve of the roof near the gutter all the way around the Home.
