This roof deck was in bad shape. We did not know how bad the roof boards were until we removed all the shingles. Once we removed the shingles, we could see that replacing all the roof boards made more sense.

Lower slope got an ice and water shield. It got 4 nails per shingle, not the regular 6 nails. This roof pitch is approximately 1.5 to 12.
