This old three-tab roof got a new GAF shingle. This roof was initially getting repairs and eventually, the customer decided to get the whole roof done. The roof had to have a few boards replaced and had all GAF products used. This included shingles, starter shingles, ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, ridge vent, and ridge cap shingles.

This roof had 14 1×6 boards replaced that were rotting. We used synthetic underlayment all around. Ice and water shield was used on a low slope section to protect the roof from any leaks.Go To Pin - 2Better Ventilation
A new ridge vent will give this roof better ventilation and extend its life of the roof.

This chimney cricket was built to divert water away from the chimney. The wood at this chimney had been rotted out previously from all the moisture.
