This project was an insurance-funded roofing project. This means that Litespeed Construction assisted the homeowner with funding this roof.
The old laminated 3-tab shingles had become brittle and cracked. They were missing in many locations.
Litespeed Construction installed a roof warrantied for 50 years against manufacturer defects. When a customer gets a System Plus, Golden Pledge, or Silver pledge warranty, they get a written guarantee from GAF that their roof will have no manufacturer defects for 50 years!
