This roof is getting new Owens Corning Oakridge Brownwood shingles. This roof will be getting synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield, drip edge and pipe boots. This home will also be getting new gutters and soffit to match the roof.

    Roof Torn Off

    We tore the roof down to the wood. Upon inspection, we found some rotted wood near the valley and at the ridge so the OSB was replaced in those areas.

    Protection Is Key

    Once the rotted wood was replaced we laid down the ice and water shield and synthetic underlayment to protect the roof from any leaks.

    Owens Corning For The Win

    Owens Corning Brownwood shingles were used on this roof. All pipe boots were replaced along with the roof. We also replaced the gutters and soffits with a musket brown to match the roof.
