This home was fitted with undersize gutters, which caused damage to the fascia and soffit over time. 5-inch gutters are the smaller-sized gutters, and if you look at the images, you can see that this home has problems because of the gutters being undersized.
We are recommending the owner upgrade to 6-inch gutters everywhere. We are also installing stainless steel micro-mesh gutter guards to keep leaves and debris out of the gutters.
