Home in Jefferson City Needs New Roof. The roof is an old three-tab roof that has been slowly deteriorating. The roof has missing shingles in various places with various leaks. The chimneys will also need to be flashed because right now they are not doing a good job of keeping water out. Sheets of plywood will also need to be replaced.
