Go To Pin - 2Roof Vents on Home Have Leaked
These vents were not flashed very well, they’ve had leaks, and we will address this when we re-roof this home.
Go To Pin - 3A Ridge Vent Does Not Make Much Sense on This Roof
A ridge vent won’t make much sense in this home simply because the ducts were designed to work with the attic space and vaulted ceilings. The attic space will not ventilate up to the ridge, so hot air will not escape through a ridge vent.
