This roof had old hail damage from seven years ago.  The roof is from before the 2011 hail storm. Holes in valleys and holes in caps are causing leaks, and the roof is leaking from valley fractures as well.  The logical decision would be to have this roof replaced.

Possible repair options would be to replace all valleys, replace all cap shingles, and caulk or mastic over all fractures in the shingles. Usually this will be about half the cost of a total roof replacement, making it more viable to replace rather than repair. We look forward to helping out any way we can with this owner’s roofing solutions!
