Litespeed Construction inspected this roof in Jacksboro, TN. This roof has experienced a lot of granule loss and we will be proposing a new GAF roof. The wood underneath feels solid and shouldn’t take much of any at all. The pool house around back will also be getting the roof replaced.

The old shingles on this roof were torn off and were taken away using a dump trailer. Tarps we’re used to protect the plants below.
The whole roof will have synthetic underlayment and ice and water put down under the shingles on this roof.
This roof was completely replaced with GAF HDZ shingles in a charcoal color. This roof also got all new drip edge, synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield and pipe boots.
